Role Description

As a Senior Accountant in our Consulting group, you will be part of an incredible team executing on initiatives that have a long-term impact. You will work closely with clients, assess their needs, implement practical solutions, and guide them through the change management process. While the role is primarily located in Greater Houston, there is flexibility for some remote work.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to navigate through change and adapt quickly
• Passion for delivering exceptional results and persevering through obstacles
• Enthusiastic and positive attitude with a creative mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Exposure to project management and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• CPA or progress toward CPA
• Minimum 4 years experience with 2 of those being in Public Accounting
