She has deep expertise in technical accounting research and implementation, financial close and process diagnostics, derivatives and mark-to-market reporting, hedging activities, as well as SEC reporting and application. Candus understands the complexities of providing the right resources and implementing innovative solutions throughout any accounting and finance organization and is hands-on when working with her clients. 

 Carrie understands the financial needs of all sizes of companies across many industries. Carrie’s blend of public accounting, private sector, and client services experience makes her uniquely qualified to not only strategize and advise, but to execute as well.  She has spent most of her career successfully leading and executing on transformation projects in both full-time and interim chief accounting officer roles, she has a strong track record of delivering business and cultural change and has been responsible for hiring, managing, and growing back office teams for all facets of finance and accounting departments.
