In her current role as Senior Director of Technology at Arcus Advisors, Shelley provides interim functional and technical assistance to companies during critical transitions. She has successfully led a variety of selection and implementation projects spanning industries such as manufacturing, oil and gas/energy, telecommunications construction, entertainment and professional services. Her ability to collaborate with stakeholders at any level, including executive leadership, business stakeholders, end users, vendors, and service providers has been instrumental in helping organizations navigate mergers, optimize operations, and achieve their strategic goals.
