Kelly has over 21 years of expertise in technical accounting, audit, and financial transformation and specializes in architecting scalable processes and building high-performing teams. Kelly spent the first 14 years of her career at PwC in the Audit practice where she served a wide array of clients including multi-national, family-owned, and private-equity portfolio companies across various industries. She also performed tours with PwC’s National Office as an SME in the National Quality Organization and as Process Improvement Champion in the Houston Market. Kelly has a proven track record of combining Big 4 rigor with the agility needed for high-growth environments. She has spent the last 7 years as a technical and business process consultant, as well as Lecturer in Accounting, Auditing, and Internal Controls at Rice Business School.

In addition to her role at Arcus, Kelly will remain a Lecturer at Rice. She holds memberships with the AICPA, the Texas Society of CPAs, and the American Accounting Association, continuing her commitment to excellence and education within the field.
