Clarencia brings expertise in technical accounting, SEC reporting, and corporate governance, with a strong emphasis on transaction-driven environments, including public company readiness, financial separations, and complex capital market transactions.

She spent the first decade of her career at Deloitte in the Audit & Assurance practice where she served a wide array of global clients and directed the preparation of complex IPOs and SPAC filings. Much of her work centered around guiding companies through the technical and reporting complexities that accompany significant transaction events. She also performed a vital rotation within Deloitte’s National Office, serving as a technical resource providing authoritative firm-wide guidance on complex U.S. GAAP standards. Clarencia has a proven track record of combining Big 4 rigor with the strategic agility needed for high-growth corporate environments. She most recently served as Director of SEC Reporting & Financial Integrity at KBR, Inc., where she led enterprise-wide consolidations, global SEC compliance, and functioned as the executive lead for a large-scale corporate carve-out and spin-off transaction.

Clarencia is a CPA and holds a Master of Science in Accounting from Sam Houston State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Prairie View A&M University.
