Mallory Peavy has been hired as a Director at Arcus Advisors!   We’re thrilled to welcome Mallory to Arcus to lead our Managed Accounting Services team, helping high‑growth companies scale with confidence and prepare for sell‑side readiness.   Mallory is a CPA with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Accounting from Baylor University. She brings more than a decade of experience across public accounting, industry, and client accounting advisory services. She has led accounting operations for a diverse portfolio of clients, partnering closely with leadership teams to strengthen financial processes, enhance reporting, and support scalable growth. Known for her practical, solutions‑oriented approach, Mallory excels at bridging technical accounting with business strategy. Throughout her career, she has driven accounting transformation initiatives spanning system conversions, process standardization, and operational improvements.
