Today we celebrate Alithea Berger! Alithea was our second hire over a year ago, and is our biggest cheerleader. We are thrilled to have her on our team helping us grow, encouraging us and leading our projects.

After working with Alithea as both a client and candidate over the past many years, we convinced her to step out of corporate and come into the wonderful world of consulting. When we asked Alithea about the decision she said: “I chose Arcus because I believe in the Arcus vision and the leaders are genuine, the real deal. I chose consulting because I wanted to spend more time solving problems and getting things done and less time just talking about it.”
