We recently used Arcus Arrow to help a client select a new CRM system. We evaluated 5 different vendors, all with outstanding platforms, ranging from niche products to top tier offerings. To narrow down on which tool fit the client’s specific way of working, we chose 120 different criteria from our pre-built library. We reviewed all aspects of the offered functionality, from the core capabilities common to all CRM platforms such account management and sales pipelines to optional bolt-ons that had the potential to augment our client’s technology roadmap in the future. We also reviewed each platform in terms of ease of use, speed of implementation, technical and security considerations, post-production support, and cost. Each vendor responded within our cloud-based Arrow platform, allowing us to quickly and easily compare and contrast the various responses, without needing to spend time doing that consolidation manually. We used the resulting dashboard to narrow in on the primary differentiators between the platforms during the demos and follow up conversations with the vendors. In the end, our client made their decision with confidence, knowing they had found the platform that best supported their needs best.
