Technology Services Manager
We are hiring manager level technology consultants who are passionate about client service and personal development.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading ERP implementations
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Strong understanding of business processes in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Project Management, Service Management, Order Management, Inventory and Manufacturing
- Able to quickly understand the client’s business requirements and translate them to system capabilities, including within an ERP and other related bolt-on or stand-alone business systems
- Able to represent the needs of the client and remain neutral while working with vendors through the selection process
- Able to represent the needs of the client and identify and communicate risks and issues while working through implementations or assessments
- Strong executive-level communication and presentation skills
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Project (or other project management software)
We focus on private equity backed portfolio companies and their needs including:
- Running selection projects (RFPs) for systems and services, using our cloud-based Arcus Arrow platform and templates to expedite requirement gathering, prioritization, and vendor collaboration
- Providing assessment services on the current state of your business systems to determine how to mitigate business process issues or concerns
- Providing client-side project management services and support for ERP and other business system implementations
