Senior Consulting Associate
Role Description
As a Senior Consulting Associate, you will be part of an incredible team executing on initiatives that have a long-term impact. You will work closely with clients, assess their needs, implement practical solutions, and guide them through the change management process. While the role is primarily located in Greater Houston, there is flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to navigate through change and adapt quickly
- Passion for delivering exceptional results and persevering through obstacles
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude with a creative mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Exposure to project management and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- CPA or progress toward CPA
- Minimum 4 years experience with 2 of those being in Public Accounting
We focus on private equity backed portfolio companies and their needs including:
- Running selection projects (RFPs) for systems and services, using our cloud-based Arcus Arrow platform and templates to expedite requirement gathering, prioritization, and vendor collaboration
- Providing assessment services on the current state of your business systems to determine how to mitigate business process issues or concerns
- Providing client-side project management services and support for ERP and other business system implementations
