Consulting Manager
We are hiring manager level consultants who are passionate about client service and personal development.

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification, or progress towards, preferred
• Required: Minimum of 6 years in an industry role
• Required: Minimum of 2 years in external audit with Big 4

We focus on private equity backed portfolio companies and their needs including:

Research and advise on complex components of a transaction (e.g. public company readiness, pro forma financial information, purchase accounting, carve-outs, consolidations, etc.)
Technical Accounting assessment and implementation
Work with clients to identify and resolve significant accounting issues
Process Improvement
ERP Implementation
Audit Liaison
